Mark Petrocelli
President of Petrocelli Public Insurance Adjusters, Inc.
Mark is known for his hands-on approach and expertise in guiding his clients through the insurance claim process. Under his leadership the company has grown from a father and son Construction/Public Adjusting Company to a Public Insurance Adjusting Co. with a staff of twelve. Mark is a passionate advocate, ensuring that his clients are fully compensated for their claim.
Mark graduated from UMass Amherst with a degree in economics. He holds a MA Public Insurance Adjuster license and a MA Builders license. He is a Massachusetts Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (MAPIA).
Mark grew up on the South Shore and now lives in Scituate with his wife and their two children.
Brian Lenane
Claim Manager
Brian has been an insurance adjuster working for various insurance companies his entire career prior to joining Petrocelli’s as the Claims Manager. He will review your insurance policy and discuss coverage and the best course of action for your claim. Brian oversees the claim handlers and provides assistance as needed throughout the process of your claim.
Marianne Petrocelli
Office Manager/Administrative Assistant
As manager of the office operations, Marianne works with the claim manager to coordinate the opening and processing of new claims. She also works with the handlers and field adjusters to expedite the claim inspection process.
Claim Handlers
Once Petrocelli is representing you and your claim, the claim handlers will be responsible for guiding you throughout the process. We will help assemble all the documentation required by the insurance company, to get you the best settlement for your claim. You will receive a letter from me with all my contact information and I will be your point person until the claim is settled.
Cailin Lenane
Claim Handler
Cailin will communicate directly with the Insurance company and the claim adjuster, on your behalf. She will work with you and the claim adjuster to gather the necessary documents to expedite the claim process. As the claim handler on your file, Cailin is the best person to speak to, should you have any questions or concerns regarding your claim and/or the progress of your claim.
Gina Trapp
Claim Handler
Gina will communicate directly with the Insurance company and the claim adjuster, on your behalf. She will work with you and the claim adjuster to gather the necessary documents to expedite the claim process. As the claim handler on your file, Gina is the best person to speak to, should you have any questions or concerns regarding your claim and/or the progress of your claim.
Paula Lyons-Barry
Lead Claim Handler
Paula will communicate directly with the Insurance company and the claim adjuster, on your behalf. She will work with you and the claim adjuster to gather the necessary documents to expedite the claim process. As the claim handler on your file, Paula is the best person to speak to, should you have any questions or concerns regarding your claim and/or the progress of your claim.
Andrea Kennedy
Senior Claim Handler
Andrea has been with the company since 2002. In addition to handling her own assigned claims Andrea is responsible for training and the development of the claim handling process. Andrea is a licensed Public Adjuster.
Field Adjusters
The field adjuster will usually be the first Petrocelli employee you meet face to face. They will meet with you at your home or business to inspect your damages and develop a plan of action for your claim. They will prepare an estimate of the damages which will be one of the tools used to negotiate the best possible settlement of your claim. They will meet with the insurance company adjuster and present your claim. The field adjusters and handlers work together with you to ensure that you do not settle for less.
Gavin Miles
Field Adjuster
With over 25 years of experience in the building damage evaluation, construction and insurance industry, Gavin has established a reputation as an expert building consultant and is uniquely qualified to passionately advocate for his clients as a Licensed Public Insurance Adjuster. He is a licensed construction supervisor in MA and a certified VA contractor, who employs a knowledge and perspective few in the industry possess when handling loss evaluations and adjustments. Gavin grew up in central Maine, but now lives in Massachusetts with his wife and three children, coaches youth sports, and returns to central Maine to visit his family and fish the Sebasticook River.
Chad Bishop
Field Adjuster
Chad has been working in the insurance industry for over 13 years, as an estimator and a claim adjuster for one of the large national insurance carriers. He began his Public Adjusting career with Petrocelli Public Insurance Adjusters in 2014. Chad will meet with you at your home or business to review the damage and complete a comprehensive estimate of repair, then work with the insurance company adjuster to negotiate the best possible settlement for you.
Breda O’Sullivan
Breda will communicate directly with the insurance company and the claim adjuster, on your behalf. She works with the claim adjuster to gather the necessary documents to expedite the claim process with a focus on personal property claims.
Mike Petrocelli
Field Adjuster
Michael has been a Public Adjuster for 20 years. He began his career as a MA contractor before he moving to AZ to further his contracting career. He returned to MA in 1993 to become a Public Adjuster and join the family business. He’ll meet with you at your home or business to inspect the damage so he may complete a comprehensive estimate of repair, then he’ll work with the insurance company adjuster to negotiate the best possible settlement for you.
Paul Petrocelli
Paul’s focus is on Sales and Marketing. He provides expert advice to potential clients following their fire loss. While explaining the process you are about to go through, he will assist in the coordination of the necessary emergency services to secure your property and prevent further damage. He has a wide network of vendors able to board up, dry cleaning, provide temporary electric and plumbing, companies to complete water extraction, drying, and temporary housing to name a few.
