Field Adjusters

The field adjuster will usually be the first Petrocelli employee you meet face to face.  They will meet with you at your home or business to inspect your damages and develop a plan of action for your claim.  They will prepare an estimate of the damages which will be one of the tools used to negotiate the best possible settlement of your claim.  They will meet with the insurance company adjuster and present your claim. The field adjusters and handlers work together with you to ensure that you do not settle for less.

Once Petrocelli is representing you and your claim, the claim handlers will be responsible for guiding you throughout the process. We will help assemble all the documentation required by the insurance company, to get you the best settlement for your claim. You will receive a letter from me with all my contact information and I will be your point person until the claim is settled.
